"Schnelle Lieferung, Preis in Ordnung. Kamera war ausgefallen, kein Bild und Ton und ließ sich nicht mehr schwenken. Bin draufgekommen das es am Kabeladapter liegen muss da ich die zwei Kabel getauscht habe (zwei Kameras) und dann die andere Kamera nicht mehr funktioniert hat. Adapterkabel hat etwas mehr als zwei Jahre gehalten. Jetzt funktioniert wieder alles."

A customer care associate helped us diagnose the problem and gave us a coupon code to buy a replacement cord. We love our product and are so happy with this experience."
