- Is the alarm from the sensor sent to the V24 device? How would we notice the sensor alarm from another room?
- Hey Alex Thank you so much for your question. The Video monitor and BS Breathing Movement Monitor are separate devices and therefor no alarm will be directly registered from the video monitor. But if your video monitor is on in the same room, the alarm from the sensor control unit will be heard via the video monitor's parent unit. I hope this helps.
- Can the camera and monitor be used without the sensor system? Does the parent unit have to be plugged in? Does the camera?
- The Movement Monitor and Compact Video Baby Monitor are 2 independant systems. You can use the one without the other.
- Is the breathing sensor compatible with the Snoo please? I imagine the movement might impact things but what about if the snoo was not moving? Also is there an option to easily turn off the sensor when it is not needed eg if I am next to baby?
- Our Babysense 7 Breathing Movement Monitor can be used with most standard baby mattresses and cribs. For Babysense to operate properly (it is the same for any under-the-mattress monitor), it is important to ensure that the sensor pads are placed on a hard rigid surface (a solid piece of plywood), which ensures good contact with the mattress. Please note that the monitor cannot be used when co-sleeping or in a rocking bassinette/crib.
